Aromatherapy Healing JourneyFor those seeking the highest wellness possible
This healing experience begins with a brief assessment of your chakra energy centers as you recline comfortably, fully clothed. An essential oil blend is selected and a few drops applied. With gentle words as simple as, "You are walking down the street..." your journey, which is as unique as your life experience, commences. During the journey, flower essences are used to promote courage, clarity and resolution (Please see Flower Essence Consultation for more information on flower essences.)
Symbolically, feelings associated with people, places and events are explored and cleared. Uplifting illumination usually concludes each session. The burdens released during the healing journey result in decreased pain, increased inner peace, and feelings of greater confidence, lightness and joy.
This healing facilitation was developed by my teacher and colleague, Steven Horne, AHG, Past President of the American Herbalists Guild.
To extend the healing experience a custom flower essence blend is highly recommended.

Shamanic JourneyIn the Native American tradition
Simply put, the word shaman means ‘one who knows’. Traditional cultures worldwide depend on their shaman, or medicine people, to mediate between the social and spiritual worlds for positive healing, power and insight. On an inner journey to other realms the shaman is accompanied by the natural rhythm of drum or rattle.
As shamanic work is of a special nature, you may determine the appropriate fee after the in~person session.
Two options:
Power Animal RetrievalNative people believe a strong connection to the elemental powers is essential to true well-being. The presence of a power animal, or totem, prevents the loss of physical and emotional vitality, thus preventing illness and feeling dis-spirited (depressed). After a shaman journeys to retrieve your power animal, its important symbolic meaning and relevance to a more "power-full" life is explored.
Journey for HealingEvery problem has its seen and unseen causes and solutions. Embarking on a mythic journey to other realms, the shaman seeks healing through spiritual intervention and guidance. This inspired guidance may include recommendations for herbs, foods or power objects, such as crystals, which can affect positive change.

Cowrie Shell DivinationIn the West African Dagara Tradition
A strong African tradition with ancient roots, Cowrie Shell Divination provides an opportunity to gain insight and understanding. Cowrie shells, stones and other items from the divination kit are spread on a painted cloth portraying elements such as earth, water and nature. Here the goal is to discern that which is in balance and those areas of an individual’s life where reconciliation, transformation and healing are called for. Guidance for creating better balance will be offered.
