I work both by phone and in person. Please note, I am not available to do written consultations via the internet. I can provide the greatest depth and insight if prior to a phone consultation you e-mail or send a letter describing your concerns in as much detail as possible and 1-3 clear photographs of the person for whom the appointment will be scheduled. It's fine if there are other people in the photo(s). Just clearly identify the person you are inquiring about. I have found that seeing the actual photographs or color photocopies conveys information more fully. I encourage you to send photographs whenever possible but will gladly work from e-mail photos. Please include a self-addressed envelope if you would like any photographs mailed to me returned.
